The development of anything must go through a tortuous and ever-changing process. The development of the water purifier industry, like other industries, has gone through several ups and downs before. Although the current popularity rate of household water purifiers in China is still relatively low, far below the household popularity rate of over 70% in countries such as Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea, which is less than 8% in China. The low popularity rate of water purifiers is not due to the lack of demand or production capacity supply in China. From the feedback from consumers, it's not that there is no demand, but rather 'fear'! Overall, the popularity rate of water purifier products in China is low, mainly due to three factors:

Consumers' awareness is vague. Although more and more people begin to pay attention to water purification equipment due to differences in drinking habits, countrymen people's overall consumption awareness of water purification products is still in the stage of vague cognition. The current market situation for water purifiers is that consumers have demand but there is no product that can truly meet their usage requirements. For hundreds of years, developed countries in Europe and America have had the habit of drinking raw water directly, while China's traditional custom is to drink boiled water. In the eyes of Europeans, tap water is drinkable water, and the drinking water standards in Europe are unified, whether it is tap water or bottled water. The number of production enterprises has surged, with mixed quality. Due to the optimistic outlook on the industry, more and more companies have entered the water purifier industry in recent years. There are now over 3000 water purification product manufacturers in our country, and this number is expected to increase in the next two years. The competition among enterprises is also becoming increasingly fierce. Moreover, many enterprises lack product research and technological innovation capabilities, have severe product homogenization, lack modern testing equipment, have limited product quality control capabilities, and cannot keep up with after-sales service. These problems become challenges faced by distributors after joining. The development of water purification technology is relatively backward. Although there are over 3000 water purifier production enterprises in China, most of them have relatively backward technological development. There are too few enterprises that can truly have independent research and development capabilities and fully grasp core manufacturing technologies. Although the competition in the water purifier industry is gradually intensifying, the number of water purifier manufacturers will continue to decrease. However, this will not reduce the competitiveness of the water purifier industry, but will instead continue to increase. There are several main reasons for this: 1. Nowadays, the water purifier industry has developed to a certain stage, and market competition has become the main battlefield for various water purifier brands to compete for. More advanced marketing models have become powerful weapons for water purifier brands to occupy the market. In the future, the water purifier industry will gradually cultivate a large number of specialized marketing and planning teams. The brand that can attract these professional teams first can lay a solid talent reserve for future development. It has been proven that in the current water purifier industry, if water purifier brands have professional marketing and planning teams, they will have a clear advantage in competition. 2. Enterprises or brands that can survive in the chaos are those with certain strength, and no one will easily give up the opportunity to obtain a good ranking to attract consumers' attention and improve their brand influence; This is an inevitable choice for the development of the industry. Only by continuously increasing internal competition can the general law of survival of the fittest be continuously achieved in the development of the industry. So the competition for ranking water purifiers in the future will not weaken, but will become even more intense.
